Lukas Adomavicius

Lukas Adomavicius is a Privacy Policy Manager at CIPL, based in our Brussels office. Lukas focuses on the EU Digital Strategy, regulatory cooperation, and engagement with key stakeholders, helping our member organizations navigate the complex landscape of data privacy and governance in Europe.

Before joining CIPL, Lukas served as a Research Assistant at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), where he contributed to research and project management in the areas of digital policy, cybersecurity, and data protection. His role also involved educational activities at EIPA’s Digital Policy Hub and its European Centre for Judges and Lawyers in Luxembourg. Lukas gained further experience as a Policy Intern at the Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the EU, where he worked with various EU Council working groups, including the Political and Security Committee and terrorism-related committees.

He holds both a Master of Law (LL.M.) in European Public Law and Governance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Culture from Maastricht University. Lukas’ expertise in privacy policy and EU regulatory frameworks enhances CIPL’s work in Europe, and contributes to our cutting-edge thought leadership in an environment of rapidly developing tech and privacy policy.
