Jennifer Jin is the AI and Emerging Technologies Analyst at CIPL, based in our Atlanta office. At CIPL, Jennifer works to shape best practices and policies that ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI and emerging technologies. With a strong background in ethics, she brings expertise in addressing the challenges of AI and its societal impacts. Jennifer plays a key role in policy discussions on responsible tech innovation, helping organizations navigate the evolving regulatory landscape and advocating for systems that preserve fundamental rights and public trust.
Prior to joining CIPL, Jennifer was the Neuroethics Program Manager at BrainMind, where she helped foster multistakeholder cooperation at the intersection of neuroscience, ethics, and technology. She also served as a Policy Analyst at the Institute of Neuroethics (IoNx), focusing on the ethical and regulatory challenges surrounding neurotechnology.
Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Bioethics and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, both from Emory University.
