Luke Fischer

Luke Fischer is a Privacy & Data Policy Specialist at CIPL, based in our New York City office. Luke’s focus areas at CIPL include U.S. AI policy at the state level, EU cybersecurity regulation, and the AdTech industry. Luke is enthusiastic about and interested in emerging issues at the intersection of law, policy and technology.

Before joining CIPL, Luke served as a Weston Fellow with the IAPP, where he researched EU privacy regulation and published articles and reports on privacy and AI governance. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School.
